We are offering an 8 GB iPod Touch to anyone who buys or sells with one of our RE/MAX Agents or refers someone who does. This program is exclusive to RE/MAX Tumbler Ridge Realty and to qualify, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be a client of one of RE/MAX Tumbler Ridge Realty's agents, OR you must refer a client to a RE/MAX Tumbler Ridge Realty agent.
• The client must purchase or sell a piece of real estate.
• The real estate transaction must complete (i.e. title has transferred to the new owners of the property and funds for the transaction have been paid out). The iPod will be relased after completion.
• In the case of referrals, the client being referred must be informed and aware of the gift to be received at the end of the transaction.

Exclusions

• This offer is not open to anyone who solicits informaiton for the primary purpose of gaining rewards.
• This offer is not open to anyone who is in the business of, or whose primary income is from referring clients for real estate transactions.
