Property Management

We manage a wide variety of rental units, from one- and two-bedroom condos (apartments) to houses, unfurnished to fully furnished. We also monitor vacation homes for out-of-town owners.

Our Property Manager, Rebekah Favelle, has assisted with the management of property in Tumbler Ridge for over a year before taking on this role in our office. She is curteous and thorough in providing service.

Our services can include but are not limited to:

• Collecting Rent
• Collecting Security and Damage Deposits
• Negotiating and entering into rental agreements
• Showing property to prospective tenants
• Performing reference checks on tenants
• Maintaining property, including lawn maintenance, minor repairs, etc.
• Securing contracts, or services for major repairs and maintenance
• Periodic monitoring of vacant property
• Entering arbitration to resolve tenant disputes
